assorted-colored mini peppers or 1 large bell pepper, thinly sliced

small red onion, thinly sliced

Broccolini

large clove garlic, chopped

1/4 tsp.
crushed red pepper

1 1/2 tbsp.
olive oil

bunch Broccolini, trimmed and large pieces halved lengthwise

large or two small Italian sausage wheels (or 1 1/2 pounds links)

- Step 1Make peppers: Whisk together lime juice, oil, and honey in a bowl until honey is dissolved. Season with salt and pepper. Add mini peppers and onion and let stand, tossing occasionally, until softened, 15 to 20 minutes. Add parsley, and toss.
- Step 2Make Broccolini: Whisk together garlic, red pepper, and oil. Add Broccolini and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Zest lemon into a bowl; cut in half and reserve.
- Step 3Make sausage: Set up grill for direct and indirect cooking and heat to medium-high. Once hot, clean and lightly oil grates with canola oil.
- Step 4Grill sausages, covered, 5 minutes. Uncover and flip. Add Broccolini to grill, and grill, uncovered and turning often, until charred and just tender and sausages are cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes. Transfer sausages to a platter. Grill lemon, cut sides down, until charred, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Step 5Toss Broccolini with Parmesan, juice from 1 lemon half, and reserved zest. Serve peppers, Broccolini, and remaining lemon half with sausages.
