Simple turner from Sori Yanagi made with 18-8 stainless steel. This is a part of collection of Sori Yanagi cooking utensils that won GOOD DESIGN AWARD in 1998.
18-8 stainless steel (SUS304), with this material, it become more hygienic compare to wooden handle. Also appropriate to high temperature (350°F) / high pressure dishwasher.
